As a teenager, I went through treatment for pectus carinatum at a specialist clinic in London. For years, I lived inside the anxiety of a condition most people didn’t understand - and the silence that comes with it. Treatment changed my life.

But what stayed with me wasn’t just the physical transformation.

It was seeing how much strain sits behind the scenes.

Paper-based systems. Manual admin. Bottlenecks that slow down care.
Good people doing important work - buried under processes that could be better.

Years later, after building and scaling social media platforms to hundreds of thousands of followers, studying growth systems, and losing it all overnight to a hack, one thing became clear:

Skills are assets. Systems are leverage.
And when you build properly, you can rebuild anything.

When I reconnected with the very clinic that treated me, it wasn’t to sell them something.

It was because I cared.
